Return and Refund Policy

YAGE CONCEPT SRL

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with the products they order. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product purchased from our website, you may do so in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving them, without having to provide any reason for your decision.

After submitting your request and receiving confirmation from our team, the product may be shipped to the return address provided by us.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days after notifying us of your intention to return it.
  • Be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Show no signs of excessive use, damage, dirt, washing, or alteration.
  • Include all accessories, tags, and documents received with the product.
  • Be properly packaged for transportation.

The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received by YAGE CONCEPT SRL.

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

According to Article 16 of GEO No. 34/2014, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Scented candles, room fragrances, and other Home & Deco products that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Products showing obvious signs of use.
  • Products damaged due to the customer's fault.
  • Products without their original tags or original packaging when their absence affects the possibility of resale.

Clothing Products

Fitness apparel may be returned only if it has been tried on and does not show any signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, or any other condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.

We reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount in proportion to the diminished value of the product if it has been handled in a manner other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Return Refusal

YAGE CONCEPT SRL reserves the right to refuse receipt or acceptance of a returned product in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product shows obvious signs of use.
  • Essential components, accessories, or tags are missing.
  • The parcel is sent without prior notification of the return.
  • There are reasonable suspicions of abuse of the return policy.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

For orders paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the payment, subject to the processing times of the issuing financial institution.

Products Damaged Upon Delivery

We recommend checking the condition of your parcel upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or the product, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report and contact us as soon as possible.
