This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through the online store operated by YAGE CONCEPT SRL.

Placing Orders

To place an order, select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button.

Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the selected products, quantities, delivery details, and your chosen payment method.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product and does not create any obligation to purchase.

After completing the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been successfully registered in our system.

YAGE CONCEPT SRL reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm order details or request additional information necessary for processing the order.

Payment Methods

Orders can be paid using one of the following methods:

Online Card Payment

Online payments are processed securely through NETOPIA Payments.

The following cards are accepted:

• Visa
• Visa Electron
• Mastercard
• Maestro

All transactions are protected by the 3D Secure authentication system. Card details are never stored and are not accessible to the merchant.

No additional fees are charged for online card payments.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

The order amount may be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Bank Transfer

If this payment option is available during checkout, payment may be made via bank transfer to the account provided by YAGE CONCEPT SRL.

The order will be processed after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Methods

Products are delivered throughout Romania via our partner courier companies.

Depending on the options available at the time of placing your order, delivery may be made:

• To the delivery address provided by the customer.
• To a designated pickup point or locker/easybox within the courier's network.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.

YAGE CONCEPT SRL may offer free shipping for orders exceeding a specified value. The applicable threshold will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from the date the parcel is handed over to the courier, depending on the destination and the courier company's logistics.

Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday.

During busy periods (promotional campaigns, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control), delivery times may be extended.

In all cases, the maximum delivery period will not exceed 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging.

If you notice any visible damage to the parcel, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report and contact us as soon as possible.

Claims regarding damage incurred during transportation can only be processed if reported at the time the parcel is received.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, repeated refusal to accept the parcel, etc.), YAGE CONCEPT SRL reserves the right to cancel the order or require advance payment for future orders.
