2. Definitions

Seller – YAGE CONCEPT SRL

Customer – Any individual or legal entity placing an order through the website.

Products – Items sold through the website, including premium fitness apparel, scented candles, room fragrances, and other Home & Deco products.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed online through the website.

By completing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is complete, accurate, and up to date.

The automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order. The distance sales contract is considered concluded only when YAGE CONCEPT SRL confirms that the order has been processed.

We reserve the right to contact the customer to verify the information provided or to clarify details regarding the order.

4. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to stock availability.

If an ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to:

  • Replace the product with a similar item.
  • Keep the order as a pre-order, where possible.
  • Cancel the product or the entire order and receive a full refund.

5. Prices and Invoicing

All prices displayed on the website are in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before the order is completed.

YAGE CONCEPT SRL reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

A fiscal invoice will be issued for every order in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

6. Payment Methods

Orders may be paid using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfer, where available

Online payments are processed through an authorized payment service provider.

7. Product Delivery

Products are delivered through our partner courier companies.

Estimated delivery times are provided in the Delivery Policy and are for guidance only.

YAGE CONCEPT SRL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the products, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.

9. Warranty

The products sold benefit from the warranties provided under applicable legislation.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, customers are encouraged to contact the YAGE CONCEPT SRL support team as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect handling, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trade names, photographs, videos, and website design, is the property of YAGE CONCEPT SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
